We could give you a standard introduction and tell you that we're wonderful, that our service is excellent, and that we never fail. Instead, we're going to tell you that we're very ordinary, with all the grandeur that adjective conveys.

The people who work at Fergarcia are ordinary because we're friendly and committed. Because we put all our knowledge, skills, and determination into making your production flow. We feel part of the chain that ultimately creates the living environment for so many families.  

We generally maintain high safety stock levels relative to our sales volume to ensure supply and production flow for our existing customers. In most cases, this stock allows us to immediately supply new customers. However, there are three exceptions that require more time to service: 1) new products that are just beginning to be valued by the industry; 2) requests whose volume may jeopardize supply to existing customers at the time of the inquiry; and 3) products that, due to their specificity or type, are in low stock. There is a fourth category, products we call SD (on demand), which we order when you request them. We do not have these items in stock, but we do have them in our catalog, requiring an average delivery time of three weeks.
